The Wandering Gardener LLC
1. Reservations & Payments
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit covers administrative costs and initial itinerary planning.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the tour start date.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our refund structure is as follows:
- Written Notice Required: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Standard Refund: We will refund up to 75% of the total tour cost (paid funds) if a written cancellation is received at least one month (30 days) prior to the scheduled tour start date.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations received less than one month (30 days) prior to the tour are not guaranteed a refund. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on specific circumstances.
- "Act of God" Clause: Cancellations due to factors beyond the client’s control (natural disasters, government travel bans, etc.) will be considered on their merits for partial or full reimbursement.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit Options
While deposits are generally non-refundable, they may be converted into a 24-month travel voucher (minus a small administrative fee) for a future Wandering Gardener tour, provided the cancellation occurs before the final payment is made.
4. Liability & Insurance
The Wandering Gardener LLC is not liable for injury, loss, or property damage. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
